As her customer base expanded, Catherine realized people wanted more than just haircuts. They asked for massage services, so she grew her space upstairs into a massage parlour. Soon after, she added manicure and pedicure treatments and dreadlocks installation, turning her shop into a one-stop grooming and beauty destination.

Through consistent savings and reinvestment, Catherine acquired a larger space along Beach Road in Diani. With this expansion, she employed more barbers and spa specialists to meet the rising demand. Today, her team of more than ninteen staff serves locals, tourists, and even senior government officials from across Kwale County.

Her reputation rests on three pillars: quality service, a clean and hygienic environment, and genuine customer care. Many clients appreciate her gentle touch, while others value the professionalism and order that make every visit comfortable and safe.
